Millions more documents relating to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were released by the US Department of Justice last week and observers are still poring over them.
The story the files tell is one of base corruption that stains all it touches. But Epstein was also a notorious liar and blackmailer, so the fact that he mentioned someone in his communications doesn’t mean that they were part of his network.
