Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse pressed FBI Director Kash Patel over 37 pages of Epstein-related material that Whitehouse says remain undisclosed.
During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Whitehouse asked whether the pages could include contemporaneous FBI notes connected to previously reported allegations involving Donald Trump. Patel said he didn’t know which records Whitehouse was referencing and maintained that the government had complied with disclosure requirements and produced approximately 3.5 million pages. The allegations discussed by Whitehouse have not been established as fact.
